I wanted to get this recipe out before the peach season is over! Ha! Yep, I whipped up this concoction a few weeks ago when there were hot deals on peaches in my local grocery store.
Of course grilled season is still in full swing. This tasty salsa is a perfect mixture of sweet and spicy. It works really awesome with grilled meat.
All you need are the following:
½ cup (about half of a medium) ripe mango, diced
1 medium fresh peach, diced
2 tbsps fresh tomato, diced
2 tbsps red onion, diced
1 tsp Goya – Recaito Cilantro Cooking Base
A dash of seasalt
A dash of black pepper
A dash of cayenne
Take half of the ripe mango and cut it into small cubes. Slice the peach and cut it into small cubes as well. Lastly, cube a medium tomato and half of a small onion. In a small bowl, mix the diced mangoes and peach. Season with the cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve on the side with some grilled veggies and meat.
