Okay, I admit I have grilling fever, ha! It’s awesome to have a grill for sure, especially when the temperature all week is in the high 80s! So let’s get ready to grill some fresh veggies!
This is really easy to do. Just give your green beans and baby bella mushrooms a good rinse. I used ¾ lb of beans and about 3 ounces of baby bella mushrooms.
Pat dry the beans and mushrooms. Line your veggie grill pan with aluminum foil (for easy cleaning). Place the beans and mushrooms on the foil. Dice up some red onion (I used a quarter of an onion) and mince 3 cloves of garlic and mix them with the beans and mushrooms. Season with a bit of seal salt and black pepper, then drizzle with a tbsp of olive oil as well as a tbsp (or more) of oyster sauce. Give it a good mix and yes, feel free to use your clean hands!
Grill on medium low for about 10 minutes. I love my beans a little crunchy so 10 minutes of grilling helped me achieve that 🙂 Grill for another 3 minutes if you wish the beans to be softer.
